What's Coming this summer...

Sunday School is suspended for the summer months. Please be in prayer about your role in Sunday School in the Fall. We will be looking for leaders and teachers, workers and students...we need them all!

Change of Service Time: For the summer months, our Sunday morning service time will be changing to 9:30 a.m. beginning July 6th. Please make note of this change.

Regular Youth Meetings are suspended for the summer. There will be several activities planned throughout the summer.

FIREWORKS & HOTDOGS ...who doesn't love the color and noise of fireworks? Who doesn't love a good grilled hotdog once in a while? Well, you are in luck because there will be both on Saturday, July 5th. Join us for a behind-the-church gathering to watch the fireworks and enjoy a little fellowship. Bring a something to share (chips, salad, dessert, etc.), alawn chair, some bug spray, and an appetite! Hope to see you there! Mealtime is at 6:00 p.m. Please let Pete or Phyllis know if you are coming so they can plan to have enough hot dogs & rolls and drinks. After our time of fellowship, we'll watch the fireworks together!!! Are you loving well? Do you want to know how to improve your love life? Starting on July 6th, we will be starting the video series entitled "Loving Well" featuring Beth Moore during the morning service. This video series focuses on how we can love others better if we let the love of God fill our entire being. Come and find out who "Joy," "Testy," "Foe," and "Far" are and how you can love them all. This is a great series, so why not invite a friend to come with you. This isn't just another dry series...you won't want to miss "Loving Well." At the recent LBA meeting, the LBA has decided to proceed with the New Church Specialties Church Consultants evaluation of our church before we actively start looking for a new pastor. Please be in prayer as we undergo this evaluation. Our goal is to become a church that reaches out to the lost in our community in an effective way. Sunday After-Church Fellowships are soon to be upon us. The dates and places are as follows: July 13 at the home of Rick and Lisa F. July 27 at the home of Phil and Wilma W. August 10 – still open….sign up now!!! August 24 at the home of Doug and Nancy L. We’re soon to be entering the summer months. Everyone will be out and about enjoying the weather and spending time with family, friends, and the beauty of the Adirondack region. Pray that we won’t forget our church this summer, but that we will make sure we pray daily for the ministry and attend as often as possible.

Don’t forget to reach out to those we’ve been missing in church. Every contact Is appreciated, even if it is only to say “Hello!” Be encouraged that God will be doing something great through us as we go forward…on Christ, the solid rock we stand!

Be encouraged that you are loved and share your love with others!!
